Night Time Routine

Hey guys! Today, I will be sharing with you, my Night Time Routine. I love this Night Time Routine, I usually do it. Routines are so much fun!! This is my first routine I will be sharing with you on my blog. Get excited! Night times are really important! You should turn off all electronics AKA YOUR PHONE, get in a warm shower, get in bed, read a good book, and softly fall asleep.  I will also be sharing good tips to fall asleep in this blog. Sometimes it’s hard for me to fall asleep, and others it is not. It’s the whole NIGHT TIME ROUTINE you have to do right, to get a good, meaningful, worthwhile, rest. I know you had a big day today, and just to read this blog and follow my routine will get you calmed down and sleepy!

  1. My night that me routine is similar. I take a warm shower, eat fruit, brush my teeth, moisturize my face, hands and legs. Put my hair in one braid and then my mom reads to me, then I go to sleep! I really liked this blog. By the way, I am friends with Ava!
